Pair Dance - Duality

Pair Dance is a British based dance company performing work by Harriet Macauley.

Duality presents a fast paced world of technological illusion through the use of digital media, bringing two states - dance and technology - together to interact and exist simultaneously. Inspired by the works of Swedish Director, Ingmar Bergman, Duality proposes a state of mind; ego – with an emphasis on one’s self as a performer and artist. It calls into question its main interpreter... the dancer, and proposes a place where ordinary life and digital technology are intertwined.

This performance is part of a season by Dep Arts in association with Northern Ballet.
